Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Four Down account during the controlled pilot.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and using only the account assigned to you. Four Down is designed around one verified account per person. You may not transfer, sell, share, or impersonate another person's account.

Four Down is a private entertainment and sports-prediction competition platform. It provides league administration, game information, picks, league lines, scoring, standings, live results, history, achievements, communications, and related competition features.

Four Down is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, wagering service, payment processor for sporting outcomes, or administrator of money-prize contests.

Four Down does not accept bets or wagers, collect participation stakes, hold participant funds, administer prize pools, calculate or process payouts, or award cash or cash-value prizes based on sporting outcomes.

You may not use Four Down to organize, solicit, administer, record, calculate, settle, promote, or facilitate wagering, entry fees, pooled funds, cash prizes, payments, or transfers of value that depend on Four Down results or sporting outcomes, whether the financial activity occurs inside Four Down or through another person, service, or payment method.

Points, weekly values, standings points, records, achievements, and other scoring units displayed by Four Down are competition-scoring measures only. They have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, exchanged, or converted into money, goods, services, credit, or anything else of value.

Commissioners administer private leagues within the controls made available by Four Down. A commissioner must ensure that the league follows these Terms, the approved league rules, and applicable law.

Commissioners may use member information made available through Four Down only for legitimate league administration. They may not sell, disclose, export, or use member information for unrelated marketing, harassment, payment collection tied to sporting results, or other unauthorized purposes.

Four Down may preserve administrative history, corrections, exceptions, announcements, and other audit records needed to maintain competition integrity and enforce these Terms.

Each league's approved rules govern its competition settings. Platform source values, league adjustments, pick locks, reveal timing, scoring, exceptions, finalization, and correction procedures may affect outcomes. Live information can be provisional until the applicable round or week is finalized.

Four Down may correct data errors, resolve technical issues, enforce lock times, preserve audit history, and apply documented exception procedures when reasonably necessary to operate the service fairly and securely.

League announcements, private messages, display names, league names, and other user-provided content must comply with these Terms. You may not use Four Down communications to arrange prohibited financial activity tied to sporting results, impersonate another person, threaten or harass others, distribute unlawful material, compromise account security, or interfere with service operation.

Four Down may remove, restrict, or preserve access to content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.

Four Down may display advertising or offer optional in-platform advertising experiences. Any permitted reward is limited to the specific non-transferable feature described in the interface and does not represent money, stored value, a cash equivalent, or a promise of a successful competition result.

Four Down relies on third-party infrastructure and may display information derived from external sports or data sources. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Four Down does not guarantee that external schedules, scores, source values, advertising, email delivery, push delivery, or other third-party information will always be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free.

Four Down, its product name, branding, interface, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to the Four Down operator except where otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as allowed by law or written permission.

Four Down is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Football League or any NFL club. Team, league, and other third-party names or factual sports information are referenced only as needed to identify real-world sporting events and participants.

Four Down may suspend, restrict, or disable an account, remove or archive a league, revoke commissioner privileges, or limit access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraud, abuse, prohibited financial activity, legal requirements, or threats to competition integrity.

Where appropriate, Four Down may preserve finalized competition records, audit history, security records, and information required to resolve disputes or comply with legal obligations after access ends.

Four Down is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service may experience downtime, delays, data-source errors, delivery failures, device incompatibilities, or other interruptions. Four Down does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, any particular competitive outcome, or that every feature will remain available during the pilot.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Four Down and its operator, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, loss of access, data-source errors, missed notifications, user conduct, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your material violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of Four Down, your unauthorized use of another person's information, or a commissioner-run activity that violates the entertainment-only restrictions above.

Four Down may update these Terms as the service changes. When a material update requires renewed acceptance, the service may require you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use authenticated features. The effective date and version shown above identify the Terms currently presented for acceptance.
